Co-founders Deb Rubin and Becca Herr have been close friends for more than ten years. Over the years, they discovered mutual passions including traveling, strength training, good food and wine and thinking outside the box.

Their idea for homeshift began while traveling together through Argentina. During long conversations on the road, they found themselves discussing how their unique professional backgrounds complement each other. When they returned home, they decided to turn that idea into reality.

Deb brings a background in marketing and interior design, with a talent for creating thoughtful experiences, managing details and designing spaces that feel both inviting and functional.

Becca's experience in supply chain management provides the operational expertise to create efficient systems, streamline processes and develop sustainable solutions.

Together, they make the perfect partnership - combining creativity and strategy, design and systems, vision and execution.
